My opinion:
Widely regarded as the best companion mod by many Fallout 4 players. Heather does not take up a companion slot, instead she is viewed by the game as a "trainee" (with you being the teacher). Players can have Heather and another NPC as traveling partners (without using the "Unlimited Companion Framework" mod). Heather acts as a trader, allowing you to sell "junk" to her when your carry weight is exceeded.

My verdict: "Must have" mod for all playthroughs (including survival mode). Heather never ceases to amaze me with her gifts and surprises. For example, giving her 20 noodle cups (players need to do this once) will trigger a "plus 20" health bonus for her. Taking her to all the locations during the "Tour of the Commonwealth" quest will increase the inventory of her products and gains you her affinity points.
