My opinion:
This mod adds the companion Casey Kessler and the radio station WRVR to the Commonwealth. I also notice there are many new characters in Diamond City actively promoting the radio station. Players can tune in to WRVR if they are tired of Radio Freedom playing the same old classical music over and over again.
I have mixed feelings over Casey Kessler. This character has excellent voice acting. Her dumb jokes are pretty funny as well. She does not react much to players' actions in the Commonwealth. Her combat skills are not adequate as I had to save her on numerous occasions. She cannot be dismissed to any other settlement (can be a plus point for some players).
