Does not clash with the main story of Fallout 4.
Bugs and glitches:
Notorious "Quincy Ruins" bug: If players have cleared this area, do not install this mod until the place "unclear: itself (or else Ellen's affinity quest will not start).
"Ellen Synth Immortal" bug: While fighting Ellen the Synth during the affinity quest, the enemy boss may become immortal (kill any enemies that may disrupt the conversation, do not fast skip any dialogue and stand next to Ellen, your human companion).
Mod authors' responsiveness to bugs:
Rarely respond to players' complaints or suggestions.

My opinion:
I really adore this Fallout 4 mod. Ellen is my favorite companion in this game (so much so that I gave her the sole survivor spouse's wedding ring). Excellent voice acting (even better than vanilla voice acting). This mod was so good that there were widespread rumors online that this may be actual cut content.
Amazing beauty, great personality and a kind heart. Everything she does and moves seems so realistic.
Praises aside, now to the complaints. Players are strongly advised to install this mod early in their playthroughs to avoid any bugs or issues. Do not install this mod if Quincy Ruins are marked as "cleared" by the game. Wait patiently for the enemies to respawn at the location.
Her "Explorer" perk may be a bonus or minus point as it totally reveals the Fallout 4 map to you (including DLCs and mods). This can be solved either by console commands or dismissing Ellen to a local settlement and then triggering the affinity speech when you have fully explore the map yourself.
