My opinion:

Victoria is incredibly beautiful and sexy. Don't let her looks fool you. She is a great fighter and can help you take out your enemies before you even notice them. The biggest plus point is that she will not dislike or hate you regardless of your behavior in the wasteland (murder, pickpocketing or stealing), making her an essential companion for evil playthroughs of Fallout 4.
