Lore friendly?
A lady with big boobs, wearing no armor and manages to wipe out a den of evil raiders by herself. Sounds "lore friendly" or "logic friendly" to you?

My opinion:
She has big ones. I mean her eyes. She has a sharp knife and can kill your opponents with ease. You can murder everyone in Diamond City and she will side with you (no personality). Another thing I dislike about this mod is that you cannot send her to guard your settlements (she can only be dismissed to her starting location).
If you like your Fallout 4 playthroughs to be as "lore friendly" or realistic as possible, don't download this mod. Let's say you are a noob player and wants a strong bodyguard who can saves your butt every 10 minutes, then please hurry up, install it and find her just outside Sanctuary Hills (beside the bridge).
