100 percent. Players will be given a holotape listing the settlers' locations and their stories.

Did not encounter any major issues.

Clashes with other mods:

May have some issues with "Bit Better Fallout" by bitbettermods.

My opinion:

"Recruitable Settlers" add named and skilled settlers to your settlements. What's so great about this mod is that these settlers can be set as essential (immortal), so they cannot be killed in any attacks on your bases. Many of them offer bonuses or tier 4 trader services for your settlements. This mod is an absolutely "must have" in all my playthroughs.
