Does not clash with the main story of Fallout 4.

Bugs and glitches:

Unable to remove quest items (misc magazines) from the inventory even after players had completed the mod's storyline.

Mod authors' responsiveness to bugs:

Not very responsive.

Clashes with other mods:

Did not encounter any major issues.

My opinion:

This mod brilliantly adds adventure elements to Fallout 4. Players need to be careful and cautious for the next few hours in order to move forward the plot. The rewards are plentiful including Dr Nick's clothing, a really powerful unique pistol (maybe the best in the entire Fallout 4 modding), a player's home, 3 really powerful bosses and 2 nuclear explosions.
