Lore friendly?
100 percent "NO". In fact, it is not even "logic friendly" that players can push away enemies in full suits of power armor.
Bugs and glitches:
Pushing away people in power armor results in strange animations or in serious cases losing control of your character.
Mod authors' responsiveness to bugs:
Rarely respond to players' complaints and suggestions.

Clashes with other mods:
Did not encounter any major issues.
My opinion:
You actually need to invest highly important perk points in order to use this mod, which is ridiculous because I can push anyone in real life situations (but with consequences too). In fact, players need to invest 4 perk points in order to push and injure their enemies in combat.
My advice is to install this mod and test it out first before implementing it in a serious playthrough. Most likely, you will only need to invest 1 perk point in order to get the ability to push away annoying companions.
