My opinion:
Short and simple quest. Brings back the much needed implant perks of Fallout 3. But be warned, these perks do come at a hefty price (in terms of caps).
Location of Sol's clinic is a bunker just outside Vault 111. Players need to complete a simple quest at Medford Memorial Hospital in order to enjoy the benefits of this clinic.
