My opinion:
"Operation Manhattan - New York BoS Quest" takes players from Boston and transport them via vertibirds to the devastated New York City. Gunners had been working on some evil projects (AGAIN) and the sole survivor needs to stop them. At the end of the quest, players will be greatly rewarded with unique legendary weapons and power armor pieces. So if you want great loot for your quest mods, go install this (you won't go wrong).

Now to the major complaints I had with this mod. Honestly, I want my quest mods to be challenging and tough. But this mod takes it too far by respawning enemies anywhere in the game. Killing many high leveled Gunners resulted in zero experience points gained (and zero satisfaction of course).
Many players complain online that they cannot find the legendary Gunner power armor left piece (without cheating). Mod author never bother to reply the queries.
