Depends on your definition or understanding of Fallout lore. For me, it is a strict "NO".
Bugs and glitches:
Gives players "Nora Relay Grenades", which is of no practical use.
Teleports to engage enemies despite giving her specific order to stay.

Rarely respond to players' complaints and suggestions.

My opinion:
This mod will only work if you are role-playing a male player. Adds Nora (synth) as your companion. The mod author never adds any back story on why Nora (synth) was given to you as a companion.
The real Nora is an intelligent heroine who survives the wasteland and wipes out the raiders and Gunners (like nobody business). This Nora keeps saying stuff like "I cannot let the situation gets the better of me". She seems in need of help all the time.
Not to mention constantly teleporting in front of enemies, shielding them from your long range attacks. Download this mod only if you can withstand the frustration of having your sneak positions constantly exposed.
