My opinion:
Do you have a complaint of how Piper looks in the vanilla game? If your answer is a resounding "NO", then don't install this mod. I really dislike this mod because it makes Piper look like a Japanese anime character. I love all my companions regardless of how they look. Their actions and behaviors do matter though.
