Unable to enter Malden Center (game breaking).
Using night vision scopes at Atlantic Offices Interior will result in black screen bug (needing to quit and reload the game again).
Invisible barrier covering Hopesmarch Pentecostal Church.

Had major clashes with mods altering the Glowing Sea and the Swamp areas.
My opinion:
This mod adds new locations and unique enemies to the Glowing Sea. Prior to 0.47 version, I use this mod to farm for experience and legendary items. Recent versions are incredibly buggy and causes my games to crash (once in every 10 minutes when traveling in the open wasteland). The situation is so bad that I had to uninstall it totally.
